In my (previously) everlasting quest for a Notion project dashboard that fit both my business and *me*, I've tried some seriously disappointing templates. They always looked pretty, but functionally they were trash. So you can imagine my excitement when I heard Fran was creating a project and client portal template. *Cue the angel music because Fran is amazing.*

When I opened Fran's Project Hub Notion template, I was struck by how streamlined it was! My old dashboard was overwhelming to look at. There was so much *stuff* - links, images (pretty, but useless), projects, a task list I never kept updated, and widgets up the wazoo because it looked cool *eye roll emoji*. But with Fran's template, I see only what I need; my clients see only what they need; if we want more info, we can go further into the pages to find it; and it's all still aesthetically pleasing.

Setting up the template was SO easy because of the tutorial videos Fran made. Even if I was a Notion newbie, I still would have had zero trouble customizing my template. And something I didn't expect? I had *fun* setting it up!

Now when I open my Notion dashboard, I feel organized, on top of my shit, ready to get to work, and *excited* to share my portal with my clients. Nope! I've included videos that walk you through Notion Basics, and all of the features used in the templates. Regardless of your prior knowledge, you'll have the tools you need to make the most of this project hub!

will this work for all types of businesses?

This project hub was designed specifically with service providers in mind. If you're a designer, copywriter, marketer, systems expert, etc. this template will be a great fit for you. While this template was not designed for photographers, other wedding professionals such as wedding planners & stationers would still be able to use this!

what do i need to access the templates?

A Notion account! It's free to use until you bring 10 total guests into your workspace. But you may want to upgrade to a paid plan sooner if you want page history past 7 days OR need to upload files larger than 5MB.

can i use these for more than one brand/business?

If you’re the owner of them all, yes, but you are purchasing a personal license for this product, not a commercial license which means they should not be shared with anyone other than yourself.
