do I need to know how to use notion?

Nope! The add-on option was designed to give you an extra boost of support if you're newer to Notion. In the add-on content there are videos that walk you through Notion Basics, and all of the features used in the templates so that regardless of your prior knowledge, you'll have the tools you need to make the most of this template.

will this work for all types of businesses?

This client portal was designed specifically with service providers in mind. If you're a designer, copywriter, marketer, systems expert, etc. this template will be a great fit for you. While this template was designed specifically for services that are one-time projects, it can absolutely be adjusted to work for retainer services or smaller services, like audits or intensives.

what do i need to access the templates?

A Notion account! It's free to use until you bring 10 total guests into your workspace. But you may want to upgrade to a paid plan sooner if you want page history past 7 days OR need to upload files larger than 5MB.

can i use these for more than one brand/business?

If you’re the owner of them all, yes, but you are purchasing a personal license for this product, not a commercial license which means they should not be shared with anyone other than yourself.
