While the online space is glamorizing 40+hour work weeks
My clients and I? We’re in our feel-good growth era.
Wanna join?
Close the 80 million tabs you have open on your laptop and in your brain (except this page, obviously).
You’ll want to be here for this unsolicited, but very neccessary, little TedTalk of mine.
Put your to-do list on pause, flip your phone to Do Not Disturb, and cue up your go-to comfort song (might I suggest Maine by Noah Kahan?). Grab the coziest blanket you can find and plop down somewhere comfy.
Feeling better? Good. Because we’ve got some important things to talk about. Right here, just between us, let’s be real with each other.
All of the overwhelm, pressure, dysregulation, and frustration you feel from entrepreneurship? I’ve felt it, too.
The relief of escaping the 9-5 world and starting a business (YAY!) only to feel trapped by worry 27/4 and overcome with anxiety at every email that pings in your inbox (definitely not yay).
Watching others post 5 reels a week, keep up with regular newsletters, and launch new offers on repeat, baffled by how they manage to do it all (and genuinely curious how they find the time).
Teetering on the edge of exhaustion & burnout, all on top of a bad brain day, but STILL sitting at your desk during dinner because you want to support the f*ck out of your clients and keep proving you’re the best at what you do.
It’s a deep (like Nick Miller existential crisis deep) hole to sink into. A hole I personally thought I might not make it out of and one I know way too many of us face.
So, I made it my mission to freakin’ do something about it.
What I’m all about
Freeing neurodivergent entrepreneurs from one-size-fits-all systems and building processes specifically for you: your brain, your business, and your capacity.
Because when your business operates in a way that doesn’t overextend or overcomplicate, you have more energy to support them: your people, your mission, and the life you’re working toward.
Idk about you, but the life I’m working toward is full of cat snuggles, spontaneous Friends rewatches, and long yap sessions about how the 40-hour work week should cease to exist. That last one is why I started this business in the first place, just a college kid stoked to make my own schedule (and work from bed whenever I wanted).
But three years in, one burnout spiral, and two diagnoses (hi, ADHD and autism) later, I realized that a flexible schedule wasn’t just a nice-to-have convenience, it was a must-have for my sanity and well-being as a human.
Turns out I could take a day off mid-week to read in a cute cafe or leave my computer shut until after I did my morning breathwork (we love a regulated nervous system)—AND still be damn good at my job.
And so can you, according to her ↓
Meet Fran—the human.
Meet Fran—the Client Experience Architect.
It’s not shocking that I ended up doing what I do. I’ve got a BFA in Graphic Design, a decades-long obsession with CSS code (shout out to 12-year-old Fran & her love of Blogspot), and an addiction to LinkedIn games (puzzle lover, iykyk). But nothing has influenced my approach as much as my brain.
I used to think systems were just about making things more efficient. More clients, more work, more money? Yes please. But the ebbs and flows of my energy on a daily basis couldn’t keep up. The processes that allowed me to handle more business weren’t supporting me at all.
That’s when I realized the tools and systems matter, sure! But the way they’re built? That’s what can make the biggest difference for people like you and me.
So I reframed my work from an entirely new point of view: supporting YOU first.
Putting the human experience back into client experience. Building systems that support your business AND your damn nervous system. Helping you choose tools that help you get shit done (even when your mind is refusing to focus).
There’s no one-size-fits-all strategy. No “best” platform. No perfect number of automations. Every entrepreneur, every brain, every body operates differently. Shouldn’t those differences actually make a difference in the way you run your business? I think so.
Actually, you know what? I don’t think so. I *know* so. Because I’ve felt the freedom of finally finding what works for me and over 70 clients, too. And now I get to help you find what works for you.
“Fran is a client experience angel (Fae, if I may).”
“After years of neglecting my systems and making my life unnecessarily difficult, I decided to invest in having Fran completely and totally set up (literally... from scratch) my Dubsado. It has taken theeee biggest weight off my shoulders, and was also the most seamless process from the jump. (Hi, beauty of a good system... LOL.)
But, truly — if you've even thought for a second about investing in someone to help set up your systems, Fran is that girl for you. She's speedy, efficient, and so, so intentional. Every aspect of the things she created for my Dubsado and business were on-brand AND on-voice — for instance, my canned emails. I am a copywriter, so I was nervous about having someone else write them, and she NAILED IT — and I cannot wait to use this for years and years to come.”

No matter the project, the end goal is always more:
freedom + Flexibility
After all, that’s a big reason you started your business in the first place, right? When you strip away the complexities of what I do, you’ll uncover it’s really about one thing: the freedom to choose how you spend your time, the flexibility to find success AND create the space to actually enjoy it.
Feel good efficiency
For many of us, that means finding the balance between being productive & taking care of our well-being. You should know that running a growing business can still feel GOOD, in whatever way that needs to look like for you. Giving your very best doesn’t have to mean giving everything you have.
Long term autonomy
This one’s for every time you’ve been asked about your 'little business' *cue the half-assed smile you’ve mastered* Because both know just how life-changing our 'silly little businesses' can be. I’m celebrating YOU for the lifestyle you created (and helping you to keep growing on your own terms).
